My time living at Vila Rosal
My wife Patricia and I lived in an apartment in Vila Rosal for 14 years.
We owned the property for 16 years and lived there as permanent residents for 14 years.
The condominium had 72 separate apartments in 4 blocks, together with a beautiful swimming pool, fantastic gardens and 2 tennis courts.
While we were the condominium was managed by Eduardo Martins Lda of Vilamoura. This is a family business involving Eduardo, his wife Celia and now their daughter Carla.
We were very happy with the way the place was managed.
The pool was always clean and the surroundings and sunbeds were always well maintained.
The gardens were well beautiful and there were kept looking that way.
In fact, when we were selling the apartment recently, many of the estate agents commented that they were the best condominium gardens they had seen.
The tennis courts were looked after well too.
We always found that the family business was approachable and responded quickly to requests for help and to manage repairs.
